1. Permitted Use

StaffMitra is designed exclusively for legitimate employee management, attendance verification, shift scheduling, and salary calculation for registered businesses.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

• Attempt to bypass or tamper with GPS geofencing, QR token encryption, or live camera verification systems.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or spoofed GPS apps to fake employee attendance timestamps.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or unapproved payload data to the platform.
• Resell or sublicense access to StaffMitra software without written authorization.

3. Enforcement & Termination

StaffMitra reserves the right to suspend or terminate business accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy to ensure system integrity and security for all users.
