Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Free Trial Period
StaffMitra provides a 7-day unrestricted free trial for all newly registered businesses. During this period, you can test all attendance, geofencing, selfie, and salary features with zero monetary commitment or credit card requirement.
2. Subscription Payments
All StaffMitra subscription plans are billed on a yearly basis. Once a subscription payment is successfully processed, subscription benefits are activated immediately for the full 1-year duration.
3. Refund Requests
Due to the digital SaaS nature of the service and our 7-day free trial, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once paid. If a payment was deducted twice due to a technical transaction error, a full refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days upon verification.
4. Cancellation & Account Upgrades
You may request cancellation or plan tier upgrades at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately upon paying the prorated difference.
