Subscription Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Yearly Billing Structure
All StaffMitra plans are billed strictly on a YEARLY cycle to provide seamless uninterrupted service for business owners. We do not bill monthly, and subscriptions remain active for 365 days from activation date.
2. Employee Limits & Tier Upgrades
Each plan tier defines a maximum active employee limit (e.g. Starter: 10 staff, Mini: 25 staff, Basic: 50 staff). If your business active employee count exceeds your current plan limit, you can upgrade to a higher tier at any time.
3. Marketing Price Display Mode
Subscription cards may display a small secondary equivalent amount (e.g. "Just ₹42/month" or "Just ₹1.37/day") for marketing transparency. All subscriptions are billed annually.
4. Expired Subscription Access
If a subscription expires and is not renewed within the grace period, employee check-ins will be temporarily suspended until a renewal or plan upgrade is completed.
