1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering a business account or using StaffMitra SaaS services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.
2. Account Registration & Responsibilities
Business owners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to provide accurate business, workplace location, and staff information.
3. Attendance & Anti-Fraud Features
StaffMitra incorporates multi-layer workplace verification, including GPS geofencing, dynamic workplace QR tokens, and live front-camera selfie capture. Business administrators consent to collecting workplace GPS coordinates and verification photos for legitimate attendance management.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
All StaffMitra subscription plans are billed on a yearly basis. Payments are processed securely through verified payment gateways (Razorpay). Subscriptions automatically grant full feature access for the configured employee tier during the 1-year term.
5. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% service uptime. However, StaffMitra shall not be liable for temporary service interruptions due to scheduled cloud maintenance, internet connectivity issues on employee devices, or third-party service provider outages.
